Showers and storms are forecasted for Thursday.

Showers and storms could occur as early as Thursday night (after 8pm). Not everyone will see rain or storms. The end-time for this event in DFW is expected to occur late Friday morning.

The BEST chance to see showers will be North of Route 380 & East of I-35. Storms will be possible as far West as Corsicana (Apologies for it not being outlined) to as far East as Shreveport, Louisiana. Coverage in the yellow-shaded area will likely be 50%, while the green-shaded regions will remain around 30%. Less than a 15% coverage is expected in non-outlined regions at this time.

Severe weather is not expected at this time, however, a few storms may be capable of producing hail up to size of nickels, gusty winds up to 45 MPH, and an isolated spin-up. There will likely not be enough instability, shear, or lift to produce any cells with severe weather.
