BREAKING: Tornadoes Confirmed in Fort Worth & Decatur Last Night

The National Weather Service has confirmed three tornadoes, in which two were in the North Texas region. Last night, there was likely several tornadoes that caused damage. Most notably, Jacksboro and Bowie saw the worst of the storm damage. Those areas are still being surveyed for a tornado.

At 2:20 pm, survey teams confirmed tornadoes in 3 locations. Just south of Decatur, TX, in Wise County, a tornado was confirmed. It was an EF0 with maximum sustained winds of 85 MPH. 

Secondly, a tornado was confirmed in Northwestern Fort Worth in the River Oaks area. This was an EF-1 tornado and had maximum sustained winds at 100 mph.

Lastly, there was a tornado confirmed in Williamson in Rural Southern Bell County. This one doesn't have a rating yet. 

We expect several more tornadoes to be confirmed later today. Stay tuned as we bring you the latest information.
