FIVE TORNADOES were CONFIRMED by the National Weather Service from Monday's storms. Those storms left plenty of rain, and also left damage for many in the University Park area in Dallas County.

According to the NWS, two tornadoes were confirmed in Dallas County. The first one was an EF-0 tornado which peaked at 75 MPH wind speeds near University Park. Another tornado was rated EF-1, which produced winds up to 90 MPH and damaged areas near Northaven Road, just to the west of US-75.  No injuries were reported out of those two tornadoes.

THREE MORE TORNADOES were confirmed in Southwestern Ellis County. All of which caused little to no damage, and are all EF-Unknowns, meaning they have not been rated by the NWS. The tornadoes were all seemingly brief. Here is a picture of the storm on radar at the time BEFORE crossing into Ellis County.
